ERGAKTO / SITE AND OFFICE

Construction project management for engineers

Construction information arrives in many forms: revised drawings, site instructions, photographs and pending deliveries. A useful project workspace keeps each item connected to the work it concerns, so the next person can understand what happened and what should follow.

Capture information with its context

ERGAKTO brings text, voice and photographs into the project workflow. Review what a capture means before linking it to a task, construction phase or issue. A quick note can remain a draft while missing details are clarified.

A photograph of damage is more useful alongside its location, the relevant drawing and the repair task. The aim is to keep the evidence and its context together instead of scattering them across unrelated messages.

Keep responsibility and confirmation clear

A project agenda should show the responsible person, due dates and outstanding work. Reported completion remains distinct from checked and confirmed completion. A collaborator’s update is not silently treated as technical acceptance.

Organizing work by project and phase helps a technical office follow parallel jobs. Account access and project permissions determine who can view or update shared records.

Preserve the technical memory of the project

Drawings, revisions and as-built photographs need clear relationships. A later drawing revision should not erase the meaning of an earlier record. Keeping evidence attached to its original context helps a team find the history of a decision.
